This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Kevin Glenn Darby, 54, of Walden, N.Y. He entered into rest on Sunday, May 18, 2008

at St. Lukes Newburgh Hospital.

He was born January 17, 1954 in Manhattan, the second son of James P. Darby Sr.,

and Genevieve (Harmon) Darby.

He served in the U.S. Navy from 1972-1976, married Teresa Wright, and later divorced.

He had no children of his own, but grew up among 6 siblings.He retired this year on a disability pension after working for the U.S. Postal service for 25 years.

He is survived by his mother Genevieve and brothers Dan in Cornwall, Joe in Ellenville, and sisters

Genevieve in Newburgh N.Y., Eileen in Cornwall-on-Hudson N.Y., and Theresa in Hewitt, N.J.

Willing to help when called, Kevin enjoyed photography and skiing: his last vacation was at

Jackson Hole, Wyoming. His loving family will miss him.
